Terms of Service
୨୧ Personal commissions can only be used for personal use.
such as personal print outs, character graphics, references, posting on personal or character accounts, etc.୨୧ Art to be used commercially (ads, for-profit material, assets) and redistribution (prints, assets) will be categorized under commercial and will be priced accordingly (2-3 times base price).୨୧ 100% payment will be taken upfront.
No refunds unless the artist voluntarily cancels the commission (refund based on progress) or has not started the commission yet (when cancelled by buyer, 10% cancellation fee and the rest is refunded).୨୧ The terms, deadlines, and price of the commission are decided before the invoice is sent.
The client cannot enforce a different deadline other than what was agreed upon, but the artist can allow changes in timeline for a fee upon agreement with client (rush fee).୨୧ An invoice will be sent after the quote has been finalized and agreed upon by both parties.
The commission agreement will be finalized once complete payment has been sent.୨୧ The commissioner can provide 1 consolidated list of revisions for each stage.
(1) sketch (major revisions such as pose, large garments, etc);
(2) base colors (colors, minor details);
(3) final (minor details).
Revisions that exceed their category will not be entertained. If the revisions exceed the artist's standards, additional charges may be incurred.୨୧ Alterations made by other artists to the commission are not allowed.
(e.g. sketch by me, lined and colored by other artist.)୨୧ I reserve the right to include this artwork in my portfolio.
The commissioner must retain that the artwork is made by the artist when asked.

୨୧ GENERAL RULES
୨୧ The price may increase depending on complexity.
୨୧ Final invoice will include final price (base price + any additional charges)
୨୧ Minimum settings are A4, 350 dpi, sRGB.
୨୧ The artist may decline the commission based on subject matter, such as the following:
violence, gore, explicit sexual content, discriminatory content
୨୧ One month and 15 days should be the minimum amount of time expected for date of completion. The artist may finish earlier or later. Please keep this, as well as the queue, in mind when expecting the date of completion.
୨୧ ORDER PROCESS
For available slots:
(1) Fill out Order Form under the Forms tab.
(2) Message will be sent via email, twitter, or discord depending on the preference of the client.
(3) Discussion of commission contents and quote.
(4) Invoice will be sent through email.
(5) Payment. If payment is not sent in 14 days, slot will be forfeited.
(6) Start of commission
(7) Update and revision process.
(8) Completion. The files (png and psd by default) will be sent to your email.For waitlist:
(1) Fill out Waitlist Form under the Forms tab.
(2) You will be contacted once slot is available. Notices for slots will be sent in order of form submission.
(3) Proceed to commission procedure.
